Hi!
Hi! We’re Christian and April, the cat parents behind this humble blog. Little Big Beasts is an homage to our cat friends who awe us with their oversized presence, despite their small stature.
Being surrounded by cats since childhood, Christian is attuned to the unique idiosyncrasies of cat behaviour.
When Christian met April, his contagious enthusiasm for the enigmatic beasts immediately converted her, resulting in the adoption of two floofy ragdolls, Toby and Dessie (Doodle) in 2017.
Paranoid cat parents that we are, our utmost goal is keeping our cats safe and happy. To accomplish this, we’ve kept Toby and Dessie indoors (despite their loud protests.) But, life can be boring for an indoor cat. And, over the years, we’ve endeavoured to find ways to improve the quality of life for our cats and satisfy our demanding, furry overlords.
